Shipping Policy – HeroShadow

1. Order Processing

All orders placed in our store are processed within 2 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. During this period, we verify order details, product availability, and shipping information.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Time

Once the order has been processed, the estimated shipping time is 10 to 12 business days, depending on the destination and the courier service used.

The delivery timeframe begins once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, not from the date of purchase.

3. Shipping Coverage

We ship domestically and internationally, except to countries or regions where legal or commercial restrictions apply.

The Customer is responsible for:

  • Ensuring that the importation of the products is permitted in their country.

  • Paying any applicable taxes, customs duties, or additional fees in the destination country.

  • Providing accurate and complete information required for customs clearance on international shipments.

HeroShadow is not responsible for delays, returns, or seizures caused by customs authorities or local regulations.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number to monitor the shipment status.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, public holidays, strikes, or force majeure events.

5. Lost or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is lost during shipping:

  • Contact our support team within 7 business days of receiving the order.

  • Provide photographic evidence of the damage or missing item(s).

We will review the case and, where applicable, offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.

6. Restrictions and Limitations

We reserve the right to delay or cancel any order if we detect incomplete information, shipping address errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
